"Lisa was very responsive. When I first contacted her, she made contact with me immediately. Throughout my time with her, she has done this consistently. She was very responsive to my needs; as soon as i indicated what I liked, she followed up with contacts with the owner's, sellers for an onsite visit. For each visit she was well prepared with papers which had the details of each property. She made appointments with me, and she was always punctual. She respected my opinions without criticism and added her thoughts. When negotiating the final costs, she represented my thoughts and pressed the matter. In addition, she has given me advice and ideas how to now manage the new property. She is a very friendly person who is very respectful of all regardless of race or color or place of origin. I liked this very much as a woman of color. This is a very well-trained professional who knows her stuff and who is organised and follows through. It is without any hesitation that I recommend her"
